Project summary:

The house is a one-storey building with a basement under most of the ground floor. The basement provides three parking spaces and a workshop as a mezzanine floor. The ground floor, 1 meter above ground level, is divided into four volumes. The volumes enclose a large patio. In addition to living areas, the house also contains an office (homeopathy) and a guest house, both with separate entrances. The building is made of brown masonry with jointing in the same color.
